This product is only to be purchased when you are in a class or at a conference with an instructor or salesperson present.  They will instruct you as to how proceed with a purchase.  Books purchased via this method will not be shipped, but must be picked up from the instructor.  However, for tax purposes, shipping information must still be entered.
